Tags Exportation / Default import option

Hi, in order to prevent accidental loss it would be better to change the default import option under the import confirmation dialog to "Keep Existing Entries" instead of replacing them.

Also, I suggest adding an Export option for the existing tags under the Tags page (Options | Case Data), that way you can easily keep a backup of them.
