Modify Polling Timeout Configuration Value

The Polling Timeout parameter under the action polling configuration at the IDE is blocked for changes. there was a solution for that back on the Windows version, you could login to the portal locally from the server where it was unlocked for changes. Currently modifying the value requires a direct DB modification (value would be overridden by a marketplace action update) / working with a custom copy of the action which means working with an unsupported outdated action.

A simple use case for this issue is if you'd like to wait for an email response for more than 10 minutes. :)
